“What a great experience! Although our group was a bit larger than it should’ve been due to staffing issues, our guide Crystal, managed it all amazingly. She lead us to pockets of areas to see the list manatees and away from the crowds as much as possible. We saw so many beautiful floaty potatoes up close and personal. We had our 7 year old daughter who was a bit nervous about swimming with the manatees, but Lauren took great care of her and made her feel at ease. It was an amazing experience. “Delaney was just incredible. She was so knowledge and really helped to make it a great experience for my sister and me. We saw one manatee and it was great to kayak and snorkel in the spring. We want to return in late January or February to see the manatees when they are there.”

“Showed up on time and there was an issue with the boat (seemed like an ongoing issue they knew about). After sometime we were able to get on another boat but did not make it to Egmont, only shell key. No compensation was offered for the time delay, boat change or change in destination. We had a nice time, but not the trip we expected.”
