Lastly, we still had to pay for insurance directly to the renter of the Polaris for $46.00 additional dollars. Simply an awful experience with Viator!!!!! “Although the tour is called Fort Lauderdale to Key West, the bus doesn’t even go to Fort Lauderdale. I had to pay more for Ubers to get to and from the pickup point, than the cost of the actual trip to Key West! Also, I booked an add-on parasail excursion in advance which tacked on $120 more to the cost of the day trip. On the bus they signed people up to parasail for $60-another rip off to me! If I had known i could book excursions on the bus I would have waited and saved myself whole lot of money. Overall, not so happy.”
